Our Story

The world was one technology away from a breakthrough.

Prescouter was born out of one of the biggest food scandals in the world – the 2008 Chinese milk scandal, where milk tainted with melamine affected nearly 300,000 infants. While the world was struggling to find a way to quickly identify tainted milk samples, the technology that could do so was tucked away in a university lab.

The world was one technology away from a breakthrough that could have saved lives and spared the suffering of thousands of babies. This missed opportunity inspired the birth of Prescouter.

Our Mission

We are a global network of aspiring and accomplished scientists, engineers, economists, analysts, industry experts, and developers who share a common ambition: to apply our academic and industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to challenges faced in industry.

What We Do

With Prescouter, clients work directly with an experienced Technical Project Manager who has completed dozens of similar projects and understands how to deliver results efficiently. As someone who speaks the technical language of the client, the Project Manager can quickly understand your objectives, and ensure the smooth delivery of reports and briefing meetings that address your specific challenges.
