Work area by area
We built a landscape of biomarkers and detection technologies for each area of interest.
A global pharmaceutical leader wanted to find non-invasive biomarkers that could power new diagnostic devices. We mapped emerging biomarkers and detection technologies by therapeutic area and introduced it to a promising platform developer.
The client is one of the global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. It wanted a map of emerging opportunities and potential partners in digital and wearable biomarkers.
Prescouter was asked to explore early-stage non-invasive biomarkers detected in alternative biofluids such as sweat, saliva and interstitial fluid, and the developers advancing them toward new diagnostic devices.
Beyond blood, urine and CSF.
Early-stage developments only.
Potential collaborators mapped.
We built a landscape of biomarkers and detection technologies for each area of interest.
We analyzed scientific literature, patents, startup data and clinical trial records.
We selected a platform able to support diagnostics across multiple biomarkers and disease areas.
Prescouter found that the non-invasive biomarker space has grown rapidly over the past 5 years, with a strong shift toward wearables. We pinpointed the biofluid with the best balance of potential and evidence, selected a versatile platform technology and brokered introductions with its developers.
Led by wearable technologies.
Of potential and established evidence.
Introduced to the client team.
Non-invasive diagnostics are moving fast, but evidence matters as much as novelty. The best bets balance promise with proof.
Let’s map the science and partners behind your next diagnostic. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll help you get there.
